Pregnancy & Birth Education

I provide a package of face to face pregnancy and birth education classes that run weekly for 4 weeks. My classes are small to keep things personalised. Each class runs for approximately 2 hours - covering all aspects of pregnancy, right through to birth and the 4th trimester. Classes take place on a regular basis after business hours in order to accommodate everyone and are held in the Launceston CBD area. Around 26-30 weeks gestation onwards in a good time to start classes.
